Mario Kart 7 - Maka Wuhu Glitch - Skip Half The Course

I do not support doing this online. It really does ruin the experience for others so don't do it. Nintendo has responded to an email regarding Maka Wuhu:

Thanks for your patience in waiting for a response during this busy time of year. We are aware that it is possible to navigate a certain part of the track in Wuhu Island in a way that allows a large part of the course to be bypassed. There are no plans to update the game to remove this shortcut as doing so would create an unfair advantage for the users of the original release of the game. Rest assured your comments have been added to our records for Mario Kart 7.

This glitch is so annoying. Whenever i race on maka wuhu online, i get a communication error because everyone takes this shortcut. at fist when the game came out i liked the glitch because nobody else new about it. now it is a horrible flaw in the course because i have to reconnect everytime this course is played.

It isn''t really the fact that people use this glitch that makes me mad, its the fact that people pick this place ALL THE TIME even if we have been there 10x before.

This is one of the many reasons I don't play online games. Single player is bad enough with that friggin blue shell, but I refuse to play lame asses who do crap like this. I'll stick with offline. I don't need to prove anything to anybody or show off what characters I've unlocked, or what cart parts I've unlocked, etc. Playing online in any game is just too much of a headache.

I hate it when people pick this just to get a cheap win...My brother actually chose this track because it was "the only way he would win". I was about to get out of my chair and hurt him.

This is why i dont play mario kart online anymore, because everytime in in a match 5 out of the 7 people in the game pick maka wuhu just to cheat. And the other two people are womdering ehy they get last every single game -__________-
