sup' this is me just demonstrating that a decent toned body can be achieved simply through using body weight demanding exercises. Yeah sure its not like the bodies of those big guys in the gym, but im only here to demonstrate that a decent tone body can be achieved without all the creatine, protein or artificial weight lifting.
