Captain Falcon is skeptical about Ness's status as "The Chosen One", so he goes to Onett to show Ness his moves.
Earthbound ROM hacked by PKHack from Starmen.net. I really haxed CF's stats, so as you can see, even lvl 99 Ness is a bit in over his head.
Credit to Infinity's End for the wonderful Capt. Falcon sprites. The color's a bit off due to palette conflicts, but it's close.
