Library Ghost

This is the footage of a ghost at a local library near my area.

Any audio heard on this clip came from three investigators upstairs.
Man 1: "Did you hear something over there?"
Man 2: "Yeah I thought so."
Woman: "It's me."
Man 1: [chuckles] " You scared the crap out of me right there!"

What do you guys think? Fake as hell, or convincing evidence?
