A classic! I used to play this song on-air during my college radio days at K-G-R-M in Grambling! Good memories!

I love this single. I still listen to it now. What's her lp like, anyone?

Thank you a zillion for posting this....takes me back to growing up in the UK and the London soul scene which is waaaay better than what was coming out of the mainstream US influenced airwaves...Nuff respect

Troy Convers as in Touch Magazine?

@maisiefelix saw her three times at the Jazz Cafe; an amazing talent.
That and I had just a teensy crush on her...

I love Vivienne so so much - she was amazing live with her brother Ernie on bass - i was lucky enough to see her at the jazz cafe and subterrania - she was incredible.
There was such an amazing North London indie soul scene at the time - Boogie Back, Concsious and Nuff Tuff - all labels operating out of Muswell Hill along with Viv of course! - This has made me smile - thank you!

Thanks I was looking for this for years & was about to give up. I had this album on cassette. One of the most underrated singers ever imo.
