go for the throat not good in standard? is he insane? number one creature card in the format pre mirrodin besieged = grave titan. the drawback being nonartifact creature is key because black is just too good in the format ryt now.

@JtodC the number one creature in top eights is primeval titan (and probably the format). Grave Titan is at #4 though. I just think it's not as good as doom blade and that artifact creatures will be around.

@proffessors Um back when this was still valid, I vividly remember grave titan as being the big fatty that no one had an answer to once it hits the board. Valakut was very popular, but it was greatly hated on. I mean once primeval titan hits the board, you're not completely dead, especially if valakut was enchanted with spreading seas. Doom blade solves this problem, but having a mirror match with blue black makes your doom blades dead cards. Even though Wormcoil Engine was being used.

I hate to break it to the people that enjoy "The Magic Show," but there is a significant difference between SCG and Blackboarder(dot)com. We all Love Evan and the personality/effort that he puts into his broadcast, but "The Professors" gives a far deeper insight on the individual playability of cards, combo's and the current game, as is. "The Magic Show" may be entertaining, but "The Professors" have done it right. Entertainment with Intelligence... And great tunes. =)

@yugiohtradeification I won't hate, but it did effect the show vastly. It effected Evan's ability to express his opinion and timeliness and professionalism by which he expresses it. Much worse now.
