Some times alternative energy people get too serious. Thanks for the laugh.
I tried to build an electric bike with one of those kits sold on line, but the magnets for the motor were held on with glue. The glue let go, and the motor self destructed. I asked other manufacturers about that, and found that ALL of them are made this way. I guess I won't be doing this until the quality gets a lot better.
