Could'nt agree more, privatization would increase efficiency and create more jobs. Privatizing operation, manufacturing and maintenance would greatly increase efficiency and service and.......reduce corruption.

I think India should privatise Indian railways to a certain degree, the remarkable success in the past two decades in India has been due to the fact of deregulation and end of license raj. By privatising only the operators who provide efficient,competitive services would survive.
