  • @BarbellRoy I can't understand why it is so expensive or restrictive to play original songs on the DVDs. They are always doing that. They put it in the shows in the first place.

  • @howellfilm Wait a second here, you like Tom Hanks on Bosom Buddies, but you think his career ended because of Forrest Gump???

  • In the DVD Collection of this show, this version of "My Life" is taken out since Billy Joel wouldn't give the "Okay" for it. Too bad, it was a good cover of the song.

  • @monstermonroe I agree. Playing Forrest Gump really did him in..."run, Forrest, run!". Too bad he never stopped running....away from what could've been a great career. RIP Tom Hanks. BTW, I just saw Bosom Buddies on MeTV, too bad they replaced the great Billy Joel theme with some lame prozac-inspired tune.

  • I love this show and i absolutely love this song everytime i hear it ,it reminds me when i was a kid watching this show good old day

  • it's a shame that Tom Hanks career never took off. Sure he had some small films but I expected so much more from such a great television actor. Shame he never got the credit he deserved. I hope he still isn't jealous of Peter.

  • I just saw Peter Scolari yesterday. He is starring in the Music Man at the Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine. He was fabulous and still looked cute. He was polite and signed my brochure for me afterwards.

The Ogunquit Playhouse has a great reputation for quality productions and has photos of very impressive stars who've performed there throughout the years.

  • who would have thought back in the 70's that little known struggling tv stars like John Travolta, Ron Howard, Tom Hanks, Robin Williams, Rob Reiner, Penny Marshall, Danny DeVito would have become major stars and directors in Hollywood today. Life is good.

  • This Was A GREAT Show! Tom Hanks and Holland Taylor alone should be enough to just shout, "Watch me now!"

  • @cheapcape thanks for the information
