Union Custom-Built Garages (competitor of Danley?) (voice over by Jim Hill) - on one of the slates it says "All New 1981 Features", and voice over says "Choose any brand-new 1981 Union custom-built garage", so it's likely that this is from early 1981.

This is from some Saturday in (I believe) early 1981, but we'd have to verify that to make sure.
