@ashleywallace83 - I do agree with you that this video is very misleading. However, your physical activity doesn't burn enough calories to make a difference (see Gary Taubes excellent videos - WHy We Get Fat) -The food choices you make- NOT the caloric load - sugars: starches, fructose, high fructose corn syrup,beer, soda, and high gylcemic foods DO make you fat. Cut out the carbs, keep your carbs under 30 - and EAT HUMAN food: good fats, meats from pastured animals and watch your body fat melt!

@justsmile115 they dont melt fat but they have carbs that are supposedly filling and make you fuller faster, making you less hungry. or something like that.

not bad at all...actually my doc adviced me similar - I lost 3 lbs in 7 days by substituting wheat with rice and having more potatoes.
