  • I'd like to ask what if "they" were a mixture of female and male...what would you say then?

  • If there is a mixture, in spanish you have to use "Ellos".

    greetings!

  • @pharmabaghdad 'Estoy bien' is used when you want to express that you feel good (I'm fine, thanks=Estoy bien, gracias)

'Yo soy bueno' is when you want to say that you are a good person or when you are good at something (sports, studying, singing... for example) (I'm good at playing football= soy bueno jugando al futbol)

  • Hey guys what is the different in these with regard to the sentence "i'm good" ?

    Estoy bein ~~~> i'm good

    Yo soy beuno~~~~> i'm good

Can someone tell me what is the difference? thank you in advance :)

  • @MinhaMusicarara Gracias por tu aclarar mi pregunta. Si hay cualquier problemas con mi gramatica por favor dice me. :-)

  • @MinhaMusicarara There are some adjectives that have to stand before the noun and some behind, that's kinda irregular i think :D

  • @JungleListSoldier

well, it's never UN persona because in spanish: a person= una persona, whether it's masculine of feminine.

To say: he is a big person, you actually have to say: El es una persona grande, in which grande refers to una persona, so is written with the -de because una persona is feminine.

to say: hi is a great person, you say: El es una gran persona BUT if you want to say: she is a great person, you also have to say: Ella es una gran persona, because gran stands before persona

  • Fuck, Spanish is complicated! At 8:47 how do you know when you have to take off the "e" from grande and use "gran?" Also since EL is referring to a male shouldn't it be EL es un grande persona? Someone please clarify I am so confused my head hurts.

  • These lessons are not helping you speak Spanish AT ALL

You may as well buy a grammar book and read... but it is guaranteed that you will not get far.

  • @dubworldo mala persona

  • cre que hay una correción en el minuto 8:46 mas o menos, en donde dice HE IS A BIG PERSON quiere decir EL ES UNA PERSONA GRANDE( es decir de tamaño grande), si nos queremos referir a EL ES UNA GRAN PERSONA( estupenda persona) pues se diría así: HE IS A GREAT PERSON... - Mis cordiales saludos desde Perú

  • I also have a question, bcuz u said Yo soy bueno, but wasnt it Yo soy bien?

and doesnt Alto also mean Stop and Bajo also means Down? how can u than be able to not confuse anyone if some words have different meaning?

p.s: ur classes r great y me gusta el idioma Español :)
