If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to learn to think about food in a different way. Stop beating yourself up and stop dieting. Learn to make healthy trades and respect your body. Weight loss is a journey...a lot of small steps will get you to your destination. Be prepared for slips, but learn to recover and continue forward.
One foot in front of the other...one day after another...each time you do something that makes you feel good about yourself and remember it it get's easier to do it again. Stop focusing on the negative and learn to change things to a positive. Believe in your ability to change!
