Back in the late 90's my friends gave Louis Smalls Jr. $125-135? to do a commision. He had done his first water color for the "Steele Family" thier daughter as"Storm". I am not physcally able to go to conventions. Small's families house burnt down about that same time ,awful! I got stiffed. I do not think that he is thief. If he needs the money that bad he can keep it. I just wanted to know what the deal was. I tried getting a hold of him online before with no prevail. Great Vampi artist!
