A moment with Mario Borgatti and family

At 93 years of age, and on the 75th anniversary of the pasta shop his father began and his son Chris now leads on 187th St. in the Arthur Avenue section of the Bronx, I had the opportunity to spend a few hours with camera with Mr. Borgatti and family. What an great honor and deep joy. What humanity, quality... of being, and and yes... the best pasta. Much gratitude forever for this family. A quick ten minutes which just touches the minimum surface of now 4 generations of genuine service.
