All cholesterol is vital. There is no such thing as "bad" cholesterol. ATHEROSCLEROSIS IS CAUSED BY POLYUNSATURATED OILS. THIS DOCTOR'S ADVISE IS KILLING PEOPLE.

alright mate, after you blood tests check your doctor for options, medicine is a good alternative, until then, cut out the burgers as you may develop hypercholesterolemia which is over activity of cholesterol, check for family history of this condition also, relax you will be fine. IF the burgers are fast food, they should not be eaten every week, once a month at the most

Yes, eat less burgers for sure. I am not a Doctor, but I am a fitness enthusiest. Get your protean from other sources like yougart, beans, fish, protean is a very small part of your food pyramid anyway, you do not need much of it.

He is Totally Wrong About Cholesterol.....So are Most Doctors......WE have BEEN BRAIN WASTED INTO THINKING LDL IS BAD CHOLESTEROL. LDL is Only Bad If you Have a Poor diet... Or if The LDL gets oxidized which can cause Inflammation. IF we Eat RIGHT LDL WILL FUNCTION THE RIGHT WAY...THERE IS NO SUCH THING IS GOOD OR BAD CHOLESTEROL.... WITHOUT CHOLESTEROL WE WOULD NOT EXIST.... ) CHOLESTEROL IS MANUFACTORED IN OUR LIVER....

Does poor diet cause smaller LDL particles? and How?Generally does the liver only produce the large (safe) LDL particles? I am very open minded now that I am hearing a lot about the myths of Cholesterol. Thanks in advance.
