@Dudeisdrumer109 yeah just try to give them at least close to 60 or a little over that amount, because if you underpower them they will not perform up to expectation and if you over power it the life time of the speakers are going to be dramatically reduced and even at low volume it will be flexing

insted of an dac t-amp, can I use it with a mixer??
-
On the specs for these it says they need to be running close to 120-Watt maximum input power, does that mean I need an amp that can deliver near 120-W per speaker or 120-W total for the entire setup(50-60-W each side)?

@Koolaiddewz it''s only recommended to leave the cover on for dust reasons, some people take them off because they like the look and can see the woofer moving...in my opinion anyway
-
how powerful an amp does it need will it work with 15-20 watt amp?
-
Does anyone know if its recomended to leave the cover off like this, and if so whats the reasoning for that?

@SpinFuji you are gonna want to get a lapai tripath ta2020 for about 20 bucks. and you also will need a 3.5mm audio cable. but you might already have one. they are really easy to find. conect these speakers to the lepai amp, then connect your pc to the amp with the audio cable, and youer good to go

@halokittyzzzz You need a separate amplifier. But you can connect these speakers to your laptop through the amplifier.
