A tribute to a great Brighton and Hove Albion striker.Bobby Zamora,who Brighton signed from Bristol Rovers for £100,000 at the beginning of the 2000/01 season,scored an incredible 83 goals in his time at the club,which ended in 2003 when he was sold to Premiership side Spurs for £1.5 Million.Zamora,who had set two Albion records during his time at the club also scored 6 goals in 6 games when he had a loan spell in 1999/2000.
Bobby Zamora is now playing at Upton Park for West Ham United and this year(06/07) is his thrid season there.He will face Brighton on the 6th of January when Brighton travel to East london to face the Hammers in a FA Cup tie.

One of the biggest mistakes Rovers ever made was to offload him on the cheap to you. Holloway just didn't rate him for some reason...

The reason he didn't rate him was because he didn't build his team round him like we did.Thats why he was so good for us
