Does this happen to anyone else on the Indiana Toll Road?

Shot this video with my cell phone at the Ripley Street plaza in Gary, Indiana. I was on my way into Chicago on the Indiana Toll Road. There were no of toll booth collectors. At Ripley Street, they have is a button for an automated hotline which is often busy. People back out of lanes. You can see signs that other people run the toll booths. It seems dangerous.

I find myself here because I got ripped off AGAIN by the state of Indiana twoo days ago. I got on the turnpike at South Bend and drove to Gary. The machine was unable to read my ticket so I had to pay the full fare which is $30.90 if you're driving a truck. It should have been $12.90. Not to mention the woman in the service department was rude and didn't give a damn that I was being robbed of my hard earned money. Come Monday morning the state of Indiana will hear all about it.

AND I'm doing one on ISP because they wrote me a $140.50 fine for "no-seatbelt" when I had to take my seatbelt OFF to let the bastard in on the passanger side of my truck...

Hey bro, I'm about to do a vid on toll booth fraud because in IN you can get stuck with "Family Fun Center" tokens and "Newpence" coins in change when you feed the machine on I-80. I travel that way a LOT to NY and those lines are killer....

1) Whomever is "taping" this while driving in the process is a retard in itself. 2) It's a 4 step process. 3) if you "patrons" actually stopped shoving stuff in the incorrect slots, you wouldn't have these backups. 4) Chicago's toll way, if I'm not mistaken do not have any attendants either, its a fricken bucket and a gate. And its funny, you all still continue to drive the toll road. so @murfreebear...thats a "Fail."

same thing on the 69 exit! They want you to buy an iZoom, which they win... after my 4th time waiting forever cuz it's always broken or you have ppl that don't know how to work the self machine... it's bull.

It's like they don't get it. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to pay a *** $.50 toll. Why the**** did they install those automated machines? It takes way too long to put money into those machines, and it would make way more sense to put in the buckets the tollway uses, especially since there are no tickets to worry about on that section. When will they get it?

Dude! That fucking toll booth is run by retards. That has happened to me more than once at the Ripley Toll Booth. None of the lanes had actual attendents and aren't automated. I fucking hate living here.
