i think his form is spot on a bit fast there are many variations to it i dont lift weights but i find this execise great for forarms triceps upperback lats to a degree upper abs and lower to a degree the main burn is the upper abs check out my variations one when u get a chance

@notoriousgregorius If you go down all the way you will end up laying back down and giving your body a rest. As long as your body is straight the whole time and you don't bend at the trunk when coming back up ..its all good
