This is the amazing achievement of businessman Stuart Wallace, who spent three months turning a clapped out old Landrover into a replica of the world-famous magical car. Now when Stuart, 52, goes to pick his children up from school in Chitty it causes heads to turn in his hometown of Ringwood, Hampshire. He bought an orange 1976 Landrover for £1000 and then he and a six-strong team set about turning into a replica of the world famous car.
It took until early September to finish the car, which cost £7500 to complete for labour and material costs.
Shame not to put this video on my blog, but anyway, nice to know there is a Father Christmas somewhere in Hampshire!
