Omg welcome back! The way you squatted those 60kg was fast as hell.I cant match your speed even with an empty bar lolol.
Anyway have you experienced any upper back pain from squats before?I've been having persistent upper spinal pain for the past month and I can't figure where's the underlying problem.Once again,good to see you back =).

so you dont work up to a max then go lighter and do reps? how often do you fail lifts in training?

@sdking08TWO so im guessing by max you dont always mean for 1. like in this video you max at 210 for 5. how do you decide what weight to go max on?

@fesa5 I always go for 1RM in the classical lifts but not the squat deadlift bench etc. Doing max doubles and triples in Olympic lifts is retarded.
