my sim had twins (both girls) and one was literally a gigantic spike and the other one was invisible, i got freaked out and decided to start again, do you know how can I fix this problem?

i wish a could but my wife is pregnant so if it happens again ill try and figure out but ill tell u something you can try buy a birthday cake at the store and click on it and click option to have a bday for and click on witch child and once they age up that sometimes changes things cause mine didnt turn mutani until i aged it up

its probably something a update will just fix i haven't tried having any more kids since Gematria but if i find out ill help but what i say for you to do is experiment buy a birthday cake age them up and w8 one day and buy another birthday cake and auto age them up again and see if it helps but if that doesn work you may need to look some more on that or Email EA about your deformed child problem

@Furzeeh Just wait until their a toddler then open the cheat box then type in testingcheatsenabled true then you shift click your toddler and click on Edit in create sim then after your done editing and choosing what ever clothing you want then click on the check on the bottom and your all done! your sim will be back to normal

It's because of custom content that the child is wearing and/or skin. All you have to do is change their outfit. As they grow up, you may see the same problem, but it can be solved the same way each time. :)

You also could have brought her to a wardrobe. Select her, click on a wardrobe and then on "plan outfit". This way you can change her clothes. Basicly the same as you do with adults.

That would have been much easier.

@Furzeeh open the cheat box (ctrl shift c) type in: "testingcheatsenabled true" without the qoutations though shoft click on the kid and choose edit sim in create a sim and change their outfit and it should fix
