  • tip lang din,dapat kinalas ang head shell ng crab at maalis at matanggal ang gills nya,at linisin nang maayos.hatiin sa dalawa ang katawan ng crab para didikit ang lasa.at bahala ka na anong gawin mo sa gulay!

    1.use butter instead of oil

    2.para mas masarap unahin mo yung luya tapos bawang then sibuyas etc.

    3. pag linagay mo yung gulay wag mo haluin basta takpan mo lang at hayaan maluto sa mahinang apoy then pag medyo luto na yung gulay dun mo palang sya hahaluin para hindi sariwa yung lasa ng gulay...

  • dapat bagoong alamang ang pinangtimpla mo imbes na asin. subukan mo ulit. tyak mas masarap ang ginataan mo..
