  • To LGHNGMN - The only way I got the results that I did was by following the nutrition guide. You can modify to suit your needs, however, the guide is designed to go along with the workouts. Good luck!

    im 14 and want to do this during the summer so when i go to high school ill have a "new " body

    im actually not overweight and i play sports and play outside everyday...will this make me ripped??

    will it stunt my growth??

  • Hahaha - Yes it will make you ripped and no it won't stunt your growth. you will just need to be careful that you don't over do it. Follow the program and you will get super ripped!!! Good luck!

  • How did that pull up bar work out for you and where did you get it?

  • Sorry for the delay. I got that Pullup bar from a local sports store. It worked, however, I don't think I got the full effect of a "wide grip" pullup.

  • @xestikaebh yeah i didnt follow the nutrition giude and thats why im only seeing results in my arms chest back and legs. but my stomach is all still there. seeing definition everywhere else. felt i didnt need to but now i know aha.

  • @kevinsongsong also dont expect super fast results because ur not fully grown yet so even though you will get stronger you wont see it as much because your muscle isnt fully devolped

  • yooo great video dude this what i been doing this first week i just started a week ago and today sunday 21 just finish my first weekk and i lost 10 pounds.
