Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) speaks about the Teachers and First Responders Back to Work Act, a bill that Senator Menendez introduced in the United States Senate with Senators Reid and Casey. This bill would put over 400,000 teachers, police officers, and firefighters back to work across the United States, including 10,000 teachers and first responders in New Jersey.
