Hulk probably couldnt beat Juggs if they had an actual knock down drag out fight. reason being Juggs has an "asshole shield" making him all but invincible

@89Dustdevil If he was that weak then it wouldn't take the entire team of X-Men to take him out. And they usually go for ripping off his helmet so one of the psi people can put him down mentally. If you're talking movie version Juggs then you'd be in the ballpark.

Actually, the upper limits of Jugg's strength is unknown, just like Hulk's. The problem is with Marvel's tendency to bastardize villains when it's convienient.
