There is a food revolution happening on the streets of America. Street vendors have upped the ante, pimped their rides and are selling a variety of fresh, good quality food from food trucks in cities all over the USA.

Trucks are using twitter and websites to let people know where they are going to be. From the Bistro Truck selling nicoise sandwiches to the Rickshaw dumpling truck to the Big Gay Ice Cream truck - whatever you have a craving for it's just around the block.

For Oleg Voss setting up a food truck was a no-brainer. Voss, a former investment banker, was made redundant due financial crisis. A former chef he decided to set up Schnitzel and things and has since been voted the number one mobile street vendor.

Karen Lobhan, Debate Your Plate network video producer, meets him in New York.
