@jerk151810 To dedicat a whole minute to the victims and only for the victims, to remember. I think this happes three times a year in Israel. One in the Holocaust Memorial Day and two in the Remembrance day for the fallen solderis and Terror Attacks victims.
I was in Tel Aviv a year ago, in one of the highest tower, and I have to say- this is one of the most remarkable things I have ever seen in the world. The country just stop for two minutes. Amazing.
