You cant really tell if the suspect is pushing off the ground with both arms trying to get up. If he is then the Officer is justified.

@weedandBlunts Take another look at your grades because your sentence structure is telling another story. The point that you where arguing against was whether or not riots have a purpose, not if MMA or boxing should be tolerated. You are jumping around the point and just ranting and raving. Riots almost never achieve a goal. If they do, it is out of fear, not because the philosophy that is being argued for makes any sense. Once again, you are just advocating violence.
