You may want to consider going to GoDaddy.com's Universal Terms of Service Agreement and do a search for the phrases, "sole and absolute discretion" and you will discovered such unconscionable statements as;
"Go Daddy, in its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify this Agreement, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Site"
In my opinion, it's Tyrannical!!!

I strongly suggest you READ & UNDERSTAND GoDaddy's agreements, contracts, policies, etc. I recently had 2 websites hosted with GoDaddy.com, and SUDDENLY and WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, when I attempted to access the accounts to make changes the sites, a POP-UP notice appears REQUIRING me to ACCEPT "their" changes, OR not have any further access to my 2 website hosting accounts. In my opinion, GoDaddy's plethora of "agreements" would be considered unconscionable and adhesive contracts.
