@241244 Exactly Donnie Left! he left to follow a new career he didn't think of what would happen if Runrig couldn't carry on. Yeah good on him for wanting to do something new but Bruce saved Runrig and Rory has said the same thing, if it was not for Bruce there would be NO Runrig and that would be a tragedy ! And enjoy it whilst it lasts as these concerts this year are the last for a few years! we won't have the guys for much longer! :(

I know im miffed about that really its a real shame we cant just appreciate the way Bruce is and the way Donnie was, they both get on so why cant we all agree to the same principle?

Fair point, and I think most of us do accept that. But in saying that, of course you can't help compare when you hear Bruce do a song that was originally sung by Donnie. And there's nothing wrong with that either!!

Donnie LEFT Runrig for a career in politics which never took off. Bruce has a fantastic voice which has more than amply filled the void which Donnie left behind. Why can`t we all accept these facts??
