This morning Jackie Speier was sworn in on the House floor to fill the 12th district seat of California vacated by the passing of former Congressman Tom Lantos.

I feel so glad for her. Keep in mind, she George Ryan (her boss) get shot to death at Jonestown. Jackie was also shot five times, and waited on the tarmac of an airport for 22 hours before help came. She only had a bottle of rum to help keep her concious.

It would be really wonderful if someone from Jackie's office (HERE IN SAN MATEO OR THE D.C. OFFICE) ... can explain how it is that a late tax return, which wasn't late since it was on extension, can result in a forfeiture of a man's entire assets...REAL ESTATE, MY BUSINESS AND EVERYTHING!!!!

The above quote is directly from the Bill of Rights..... I continue to look forward to someone from Jackies office explaining to me how a judge can confiscate all of my assets.

Just off hand, I know that the BILL OF RIGHTS are absolutely critical protections that we have as citizens. The 7th Amendment would sure seem to apply here. The BILL OF RIGHTS must be VIGOROUSLY ENFORCED by all means available, by our Congress. I am encouraged that Jackie at least stated that she was opposed to the Iraq war. And I am encouraged, though I am waiting to see action... on Jackie's speech where she says that she "....will protect Main Street from those on Wall Street" (paraphrased)

Will Jackie's office reinstate my WRITTEN complaint that was cancelled? I sincerely hope so. Will Jackie Speier put my complaint on record with the 'witness protection' program (of which I was told she helped author back when she was state congresswoman). ....will update and post HERE for the youtube community *daily* until then. Jackie did, after all, swear an oath to "UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION AGAINST ALL ENEMIES...FOREIGN AND (ESPECIALLY) DOMESTIC"

Each and every day I have to worry about this fraud even though I am the victim....and so are ALL AMERICAN TAXPAYERS!! Fact of the matter is that I know too much and have witnessed too much. I worry about my family more than anything.

I was specifically told (not by Jackie's office) that if I tried to pursue the recovery of my business ...."they will bring up (false) charges against me and put me in jail". That is a serious threat. I dont doubt it either.

Contrary to what I was told by Margo Rosen, the Congress does have oversight authority with federal judges. Judge Susan Illston in San Francisco to be more specific.

In my case the judge completely threw out the jury verdict, then imposed her own verdict- 6 months after the trial. This NEW verdict said the entirety of my business assets were forfeited because a tax return was filed late (on extension fwiw). As bizarre and illegal as that may sound.... it is the God's honest truth!!!

How do the courts pull off a SHAM TRIAL? Folks, let me tell you because soon many of you may face the same. And you can take my message to heart since I am telling the truth... and I and my family are 40 year residents here in San Mateo County.

THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW is that your own attorneys, in a sham trial, will be working AGAINST YOU. The attorneys are adept liars, be careful here and dont trust them one bit...
