Paul Pierce Threw Gum In Stands, Fined $15,000

Paul Pierce of the Boston Celtics has been fined $15,000 for throwing an object into the stands, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President Basketball Operations.The incident occurred with 8:02 remaining in the first quarter of Boston's 95-83 win over the Indiana Pacers on December 28 at Conseco Fieldhouse.
