Baby Sunfish

A few days ago I found this small sunfish in a feeder minnow tank at a pet store, so I brought him home and gave him his own tank (10 gallon for now). He feeds well and is active and curious, but yesterday the back half of him turned all dark. The front of the fish is still transparent, which is what he looked like all over when I first got him.

just search alligator gar eating minnows it is the first one. u can see the sunfish. very cool fish

@daxter99876 they eat worms and when they get bigger they eat minnows. if they are desperate they will also elodia (plant) i have 2 sunfish in my tank living with alligator gar.

dude im from bulgaria , and these fish here are a pest - they eat other fish's fry

i think their home is canada - so you can find them anywhere

i have 6-7 smaller than these that i got from the dam 1 month ago, they are easy to take care and can live with other fishes
