Summit is better at pseudo-crawling/trail-running. E-Revo is better at racing and jumping.

don't get one of these. get an Axial AX10, they are better

Better at bashing and jumping? No.

Really they are used for different purposes so just buy one of each if you can afford to and have the desire.
