  • it's nice to actually listen to HIP HOP. not this shit out these days.

  • Yeah, Serch did try way too hard in the 3rd bass days, Pete Nice always had his own style that would probably make him a triple platinum artist today. Serch had some nice rhymes though still.

  • white rap wtf???

  • so this is where nice peter got his name

  • Sick vid but by then I was falling off the 3rd Bass vibe. Peace out to Serch, Pete Nice & Daddy Rich. Good dayz.

  • Few people realize or remember that 3rd Bass was signed by DefJam (Russell Simmons) to 'replace' the Beastie Boys. I love 3rd bass (Pete Nice is highly skilled, Serch was fun), but uh, the Beastie's are historical.

  • de wuevosssss

  • @Subrbn1999 Not many remember THE BOX!!!

  • I remember ordering this song time after time on the channel called THE BOX. It cost like .75 to order this video to play and they charged it to your phone bill. I was 13 and had no concept of money. My grandma was pissed. Still love this song though and weirdly enough I remember all the words! Thanks for posting!!

  • @mrblondnyc I had no idea those promos ran outside of Chi-town. There was a guy down the street from me who looked JUST LIKE that dude. When those commercials and this video came out, we mocked him without mercy, and forced him to dance to this song when we played it from our cars.

  • @mrwesdaddy That's the same guy from those commercials. Those same commercials ran in New York and Los Angeles. Different cities used the same footage of that guy dancing for their local stations. In New York it was a classic rock station, in LA it was a hip-hop station

  • @JakeDaigo

Try too hard? What's that supposed to mean? Both Pete AND Serch kicked major ass... That's what rappers these days need to do--try harder. Fucking lazy ass fakers these days trying to pass as rappers.
