Great video! Showing appreciation works wonders. Every day should be customer appreciation day. Customers always appreciate something for nothing and if you give them a free little gift they feel compelled to return the favour thanks to the oxytocin response. If they don’t return the small favour then they likely have an oxytocin deficiency rendering them untrustworthy and not worth doing business with anyway.
