These are easy, yet very elegant and pretty. My husband described them best in a voicemail he left me, he said, "The crunch of the pastry combined with the creaminess of the cinnamon and cream cheese, and then it is topped off with the sweetness and slight tartness of the peaches and blueberries - this dessert is DIVINE!!!" That was one of the best voice messages I have ever received at work. This recipe was created for 20 servings but 15 to 20 depending on how much filling you use in each.
