Honda is expected to launch the Jazz by mid-2009. The Japanese manufacturer will launch its first hatchback for the Indian auto market.
Honda Jazz cars base price will start from Rs. 5.5 lakhs and will go upto Rs. 7 lakhs for the higher end models of Honda Jazz.
The Honda Jazz will be powered by a 1.2l petrol engine. The Jazz will be based on the existing Citys platform and will share a proportion Honda city components to reduce the cost. The car will be equipped with features like ABS, airbags and G-CON. The Jazz will be priced a level below the City will compete with the premium hatchbacks in India.
It seems central lock has the problem. Honda calling this as a feature.
