@meatgoth Not 'better than The Beatles'. However I believe they DID deserve to go global and in some ways they did. To say something as needlessly definitive as they're 'better than the beatles' is pretty extreme... id even call it silly. The Beatles predate this, in terms of causality and timeline alone the beatles existence impacted both the sound of Squeeze and the nature of their careers. Let alone the clear influence from the Beatles in Squeeze's moifs and styles.

@meatgoth Yeah, these songs touch you and provoke thought more than the Beatles. Squeeze made songs about real life, often tragic but poetic and upbeat and somewhat comical at the same time
