Sad story... Say this years ago..... Bullying is terrible and schools should have zero tolerance for it; however, this woman blamed everyone but herself and her daughter, even during her earlier interviews. Instead of going after bad parenting and teaching kids humility, she believes creating laws of punishing idiot teenagers like her daughter (the one who sent the picture in the first place), is going to prevent this.

I call this the troll syndrome. Troll syndrome is usually a boy that happens to "think" that he knows everything and usually tends to criticize people without knowing shit. Most of them are minors that have little friends and resorts to stupid acts, like to post useless comments on youtube videos, when they have nothing else to do in real life.
