That is the basis of a jury. Sovereigns are subject to their peers.A common law chareg would be brought and a jury of peers would decide compensation or punishment.

Yes we all need useable documents.
-
How do we get a copy of these letters etc to challenge this to see if it works.

it isn't crap. it's complicated because of language we have taken for granted. we are born into the notion of national 'debt'. debt of the government, which is 'owed' by the FICTIONS who are "US Citizens'. (All fiat money represents debt, not value.) when you are born, a million dollars are conjured from thin air by the treasury and a bond is created, attached to your FICTION - you are collateral which is traded on the market by the gov - against your future earnings.
-
YOu will find that the government has FORCES that can be used covertly AGAINST you. That will happen if you continue to attack there income sources. I would bet on that. Next you cannot practice law without a license so you could face litigation from someone you're trying to help. Becarefull as always.

if i were to use the same tactic with my friends credit debt, would it work?
and could there be negative repercussions from doing this?

@Z22ZINFS i think his "no such thing as debt" remark was an allusion to there being no real money (it's all fiat currency). Ergo, no money, no debt. His reference to debt is in the simple way that we all imagine debt to be. The language is incongruent but the concepts are not

What a bunch of CRAP! WAY TOO MANY LIES AND CONTRADICTIONS.
Example:
"Everybody is in debt and can never pay it off."
"Nobody has rights, that is bull shit."
"When we agreed to be a strawman..."
"There is no such thing as debt."
He improperly uses arguments. He is not following normal logic protocol to prove his point. He is "proving" a falacy by willfully misrepresenting "facts".
"in theory" the court has no juristiction over even a murderer, but the same theory permits common-law trial by equally sovereign peers to judge and pass sentence on a sovereign self who takes responsibility for his own actions. Correct?
