My week in Tehran

In January 2009 I supervised a journalism workshop for media workers in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Service. Sadly, I did not have the time or opportunity to journey outside of Tehran; this video slideshow gives a flavour of those memorable seven days. I have received a comment that the soundtrack is inappropriate. It was recorded outside a Tehran mosque and has been included to give a greater flavour of life in this great city. I am not a Muslim, and apologies to anyone who is offended by the use of this music.

I am interested in your view. Why should the music be changed? I recorded it outside of a mosque.

Hi,in iran we make this music for remembring the people who have died and people in Iran listen to this music when they expirience bad things in their life.This is the reason why i personnaly think that the music must be chenged to a more happy one....

P.S.I come from Iran.
