ATEC Rookie Pitching Machine

This is the battery operated version of the Rookie. It comes with a 12 volt battery and battery charger. The ATEC Rookie is one of the most versatile machines in the ATEC line. It's really a downsized Power Hummer, designed to meet the needs of the youth leagues and coaches around the world. Its dual, concave disc design allows a coach to throw consistently accurate fastballs and run a multitude of defensive drills, all with ONE machine! Machine pitch youth league play was conceived around this solid performer because of its unique versatility as a training tool. Today you'll find "Rookie League" programs all over the world. With variable speed control, the Rookie pitches up to 60 mph. Its 260 degree left-right rotation and 120 degree of vertical pivot enables pop-ups, fly balls, grounders, line drives and fungo drills with ease and precision. Plus, its also available in a battery operated version, for use in even the most remote fields. Built-in transport wheels and quick-release legs permit easy transport and storage.
