  • Why don't you just squat less reps and go higher weight?

  • @SweetandSaltyNutbars

    Because that's not as challenging.

  • @bastionhead Dont be scared bro

  • @SweetandSaltyNutbars because he has better endurance than strength and is the easiest way for him to brag about himself

  • @GangstasMind Okay, we're getting nowhere..I just responded initally to bastionhead praising him for this feat. I then responded to you b/c I thought that you had no respect for a lift of 315x24, like it was easy or a joke; squatting this naturally at 190 is a pipe dream for many. Don't you how hard and rare that is? I thought that you calling him a dick and making fun of his hair was a way dissing the lift. Guess we can stop being juveniles now. Good luck with your training.

  • @streetoboy2 lol thats my whole point thouigh.. most npc amateurs DONT get their pro card... to be on the local level is easy... to be on the national level in the npc is incredibly difficult... to be an ifbb pro.. damn near impossible... .. "i rest my case"

  • Dude your legs are impressive. I got 315 for 5 today and was proud of myself @ same bodyweight

  • @GangstasMind Dude , NPC is amateur, there are way more NPC amateur cards out there than there are IFPA pro cards. Any one can pay $90 and compete in an NPC amateur show. To become an IFPA PRO you must FIRST win an open overall title at an OCB amateur show. How many NPC amteurs ever win their IFBB pro card? I rest my case.....once you squat 315x24 and become a pro bodybuilder by winning an open overall title, then we can talk. For now, let's just admit that 315 x 24 is awesome!!

  • @streetoboy2 lol... ifpa pro bodybuilders are a dime a dozen.. u actually wanna compete... join the npc... there are natural npc shows. lol and as much as "you know" u said nothing to actually prove me wrong... so goodnight

  • @GangstasMind

I know about this bro.....I am a natural IFPA pro competitive bodybuilder and competitive powerlifter.....squats and deads are my specialty, so go and talk about something you know about, like bosu ball squats or walking sideways with bands or training with some 20 year old no nothing blonde bimbo trainer at a commerical gym. .

  • @GangstasMind

Yes there are videos....guy does 315x42 reps...juiced and weighs 261. Very impressive...not as good as tis guy. Guy does 473x20...juiced and weighs 268...very impressive but not as good...there is a chinese dud that weighs 150 and squats 225 x 20. very good...have you found someone yet?

  • @GangstasMind

train for volume....another one of those ignorant phrases that people throw around....oh well, let me know when you find someone who can squat 315 x 24 ass to floor, natural, and weighs less than 200. you cant mofo. See my comments below for further accolades of this guy. I like those people who say don't lock out on squats at the top...they usually don't train hard and heavy enough, or go deep enough, or squat the right way..... Go enjoy your bosu ball squats.
