Counting calories to lose 100 pounds. I have 20 pounds left to lose. I need to gain control of my carb eating again. I really blew it today, over 1000 calories in dates. Yikes, I will be paying for it tomorrow on the scale.

  • the hardest thing for me to part with was low fat fruited yogurt..i used to love it ..until i saw the sugar 30 years too late..lol

  • It is great you gave up that yogurt. To me it is not filling so it is a waste of calories. I do have 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese usually 2 percent and plenty of fresh or frozen fruit. I lose weight better if I cut back on the fruit though.

  • @DracoIsMyWhoreCrux I agree 100%. And blackberries are super healthy for you, fruit has very high nutrition per gram. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. I've eaten 2500 calories of fruit a day for 1 year and I don't exercise. I haven't gained any weight at all.

  • Have you ever considered that the reason why you pig out on fruit is that your body actually wants those carbs? Most cravings do have sensible reasons behind them.
