This is just a fragment of a much bigger film, which tells about victory in WW2 and does it relatively good.

so, it is "crazy" for Americans to show happy celebrating people. but its quite normal to show movies where some sort of super-duper american hero kills thousends of Rossian people who look like subhumans and eat children
