Outstanding! To the earlier comments: yes, you can play this song with chord progressions that are much easier, but Mark has demonstrated a chord structure that is much richer in sound. Yes, it's harder, but Mark has not been in the ranks of us beginning guitarists for a very long time. By working through this version, I'll learn and progress. Thanks Mark for this rendition.
