They are set up not to use heal 3 only heal l2 , like I tihnk even Lux when you use him doesn't have heal2 but when you fight him he does, when you fight them they ahve there own unique set up and levling.

I don't understand why the higher level apprentices never use heal 3, only heal 1. it's like the programmers forgot to give them heal 3.
